Founded in Florence by Aurelio Conti, the company started its activity as manufacturer of grinders for Espresso and quickly became a symbol of excellence. Nowadays, thanks to its international and dynamic attitude, Eureka aims to become the most innovative company in the coffee grinder industry: the “State of the Art” in grinding technique for any type of coffee preparation.

Our mission is to provide an impeccable service, being always careful to the customer needs, through competitive products which combine design, technology and innovation. All this without renouncing to a 100% “Made in Florence” product, entirely hand-assembled in our Florentine factory: where industrial organization is melded to artisanal knowledge with wise mastery.

• ACE System

  Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity.
  Conceived to prevent the clumps development and eliminate the electrostatic charge of ground coffee, the ACE System is the common denominator in every Eureka on-demand grinder. Due to its regulating action over the coffee outflow, ACE System ensures an incomparable cleanliness and dose consistency.
  
  

• Stepless Micrometric Regulation System (patented by Eureka)

  Patented by Eureka, it assures incomparable setting precision and saving of time and coffee.
  The micrometric system with infinite adjustment points, the only one based on the lower burr repositioning, guarantees incomparable grinding performances and allows to carry out maintenance operations without losing the grinding setting.
  
  

• "High Speed" Maintenance

  Handy and easy maintenance operations.
  The typical mechanical composition of our burrholder set, that can be dismantled removing only 9 screws, permits to quickly replace and clean the burrs as well as a remarkable time and coffee saving.
  
  

• Silent Technology

  Silent grind everywhere: coffee shop and home.
  The exclusive anti-vibration solution reduces the grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to the conventional grinders and paves the way for a new way of grinding coffee: accurate and quiet.

  Special burrs design suitable both for Espresso and all the varieties of Filter.
  The special burrs design conceived by our engineers offers a grinding technique suitable for the preparation of both Espresso and all the Filter coffee varieties.

  The "High Speed" label marks those grinders able to reach highly reduced dispensing time.
  The special engine-burrs set, developed by our R&D department, allows Eureka grinders to reach extremely high dispensing speed and hence serve customers faster, while preserving a elevated quality of coffee in cup.
  
  

• All-Purpose Adjustable "Hands-Free" Fork

  Useful, robust and easy to regulate.
  Thanks to the specific geometry and the adjustable support, the Eureka fork is ideal for any kind of portafilter and allows barista to accomplish other operations during the grinding phase.
  
  

• Easy Setting System

  The accuracy of taste.
  This system eases the grinding degree regulation by showing the whole range of grinding techniques: from Turkish to Moka, from Drip to French Press. The Eureka grinders equipped with this system are easy and fast to program.
  
  

• Blow Up System

  "The mechanism" eliminating the retention with a blow.
  Extremely Low Retention - Conceived for specialty coffee, the mechanism generates an air flow able to clean the grinding chamber and grind all the coffee beans, without waste, for a perfect coffee in the cup. Cleaning - Conceived for supporting the barista in the everyday use. Fast, easy to use, to always provide your customers with a freshly ground coffee.
  
  

• Diamond Inside Burrs

  Burrs with a superior crystal structure thanks to our patented process.
  Diamond Inside is a patented process for thermal cryogenic treatment of burrs at temperature -193° C (patent pending) resulting in the formation of an increased crystal structure that guarantees a superior wear resistance and duration. Diamond Inside is able to preserve the optimal burrs sharpness longer than any other burrs typology, keeping the granulometry constant for an exceptionally high quantity of ground coffee.
